The whole difference between construction and creation is exactly this: something built can only be loved after it is built; but something created is loved before it exists.” If I had to describe our work in one sentence, this would be it, without a doubt. When we look back at a job after it is finished and see that we have only built a building, it would be a great disappointment for us. Because since the first day we set out, we have never shaped construction around concrete facts. We knew that  what would really change the world was for people to do what they know best, in a way that would benefit the whole world.  With this in mind, Candanoğlu Construction  developed all of its projects on two basic points:  change and transformation .

Change is changing a job or project for a better result and it is continuous. Transformation is a new creation, re-doing something by taking it from its foundation, adapting to the new world and new systems.  Candanoğlu Construction ; while combining nature and technology, blending aesthetics with architecture, transforming living spaces for the better,  has never compromised on its promise of “providing permanent living spaces that are sensitive to the environment, society and people”  . Rather than constructing a building, it aimed to build a new living space in every sense of the word and to leave  a sincere touch on the future with quality living spaces  . That is why we are happy to open the doors of a new life in every project we draw, every foundation we lay, every brick we lay.
